Sharing our knowledge.
You don’t know what you don’t know. You want to be as efficient as possible, whether that’s from a tax perspective or spending less time doing your bookkeeping.
Putting yourself in others’ shoes.
Running a business is hard. You’ve got responsibilities for your employees, your customers, and your suppliers (to name but a few).
Take responsibility.
You don’t want/need anything else on your plate and so you can pass it over to us and know that it will be taken care of.
Be approachable.
It’s one of the main reasons we don’t charge by time and offer unlimited phone calls. If you have a query, you can just pick up the phone and give us a call.
Keep things simple.
There is nothing worse than listening (or not as the case may be) to someone spouting off lots of technical jargon that means nothing to you.
